Good Afternoon,

First, congratulations to all the swimmers at the meet last weekend. Our swimmers had numerous personal bests in their races. Ribbons for the 6/13 and 6/20 meets will be ready in their folders at Butterfield tomorrow, 6/24. You can get them any day from tomorrow onward.

For our 8 and under group, there will be no practice on Thursday 6/25 as I will be at a work conference for my full time job and Coach Ethan is on vacation. 9-10s and 11-12s will practice at 5 with Coach Emily. If your swimmer really wants to swim that day, please talk with me and I can see about getting them into a morning practice with another Castle Rock team that day. 

Please remember to sign up for the meet by Wednesday night. Even if you aren't going, please log in and indicate that you cannot attend. Sign-ups for volunteering went out yesterday. If you did not get the email, please let me know. Coach Emily and Coach Ethan will be at the meet this weekend excited to cheer the swimmers on. Swim caps should also finally be in and available for pick up at the meet on Saturday. If you have any other questions, please reach out.
